“We absolutely love this studio! We come to Greece every year for about 4 weeks, and we’ll usually go to between 8 and 10 different islands each time. We’ve only found a few apartments that we love so much that make them a key reason to return, and this is definitely one of them! It’s large, impeccably clean, and it has everything you could possibly need. But I’ve saved the two best things for last: The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular! It’s not one of those faraway views you find in Greece that are breathtaking but removed. At this apartment, you’re almost right on the water with the sound of small waves crashing over the rocks. We were here in the end of April, and it was particularly beautiful on the balcony this time of year because, on the small stretch of land between the apartment and the sea, there were lovely wildflowers blooming in yellow and red. We couldn’t get enough of just sitting out and enjoying the magnificent view and ambience. The other truly great thing about this studio is the owner Georgios. What a kind, charming, helpful young man! He was outstanding at communicating before and during our stay, and he helped us out with a few things during the stay. He is a perfect example of the famous Greek hospitality, and we really enjoyed meeting him. The only problem with this studio is that, because it’s so pleasant staying here, we never wanted to leave and go sightseeing on the wonderful island of Ikaria :-)”

“Spacious and comfortable. Beautifully situated. Perfect for hot days, with morning and evening sun on the balcony and shade throughout the day. We were there in spring; the flat was a bit chilly, but we could turn the heating on in the bedroom. We often cooked in the apartment; it has everything you need. There are shops in the village, about a 10-minute walk away. We hired e-bikes in Nas for a few days and went on some great rides. It’s also very well situated for hiking! Our host gave us a gift at Easter, which was very kind. He always asked if we needed anything. It was perfect for us, thank you!!! Everything was good, nothing missing, great host!!!”

“It was such a comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea and within easy walking distance of tavernas and shops. It's a lovely area. A small town beach just a few mins away and two fine beaches <10 and <20 mins stroll along the coastal road. Nas was a 40 min walk. The food in Armenistis is excellent and inexpensive. It has sone interesting small shops. Kochili owner gave us a warm welcome. She was very helpful and provided excellent advice on places to visit, tavernas, etc. We hope to return to Ikaria and would definitely return to Kochili. The drive from the property to the road is short but steep and might be difficult for those with walking difficulties.”

“The apartment is clean and has an amazing view on the sea. Very quiet and has all you need. In case there is something missing just ask Anna and she provides with everything in a second. She is incredible, helpful, kind and gives you a lot of recommendations. She is so genuine and passionate and I was really impressed. It is not a negative thing but It is my fault and did not consider that the sunset is early in the late September. As a result I wasn’t able to see that from my room.”

The room is large and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses nice and firm. The view out of the balcony was stunning. “What a wonderful place to stay. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Well equipped and presented. Owners go above and beyond to be helpful. Fridge had water, butter, crisp bread, jam, soft drinks etc. Bed linen fresh and crisp. View stunning. Balcony overlooking the sea. Just lovely. Sharp knife in the kitchen for veg etc would be handy and kitchen scissors! Plus a safe deposit box, but Anna says they are on order. One note … drive way is steep if you’re not very mobile but we found it fine.”

“Anna was a dream. She met us and let us check in early, showing us the residence. The apartment was clean, wonderfully appointed with an incredible view of the sea with our own private balcony. Anna came and cleaned every day of our stay and told us the best places to eat in Arministis and Nas. An extremely attentive host. The property was close to Masakti beach (our favorite), the town and other beaches in the area. There were no condiments (sugar, salt/pepper, etc.) but that was not a big issue.”

“Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist komfortabel und genau richtig für einige Tage oder Wochen. Die Strände sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar und der Ortskern. Grundsätzlich ist ein Mietwagen eine gute Idee um mehr von der Insel zu sehen. Wir wurden sehr warmherzig empfangen und haben uns sehr über ein Starterset im Kühlschrank gefreut. Wir haben auch viele gute Empfehlungen bekommen. Wenn möglich unbedingt eine Panigiri besuchen. Wir kommen wieder!”

“Fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon direkt auf das sehr nahe Meer inklusive Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die Küche ist etwas minimalistisch aber ausreichend ausgestattet mit 4-Platten-Herd und Backofen. Auf Anfrage stellt der Vermieter weiteres Küchenequipment zur Verfügung. Der Müll wird täglich entsorgt und die Handtücher und Bettwäsche regelmäßig gewechselt. Wenn man sportlich ist und ein guter Schwimmer kann man bei ruhiger See den Felsenstrand direkt vor dem Haus benutzen. Ansonsten sind schöne Sandstrände inklusive Liegen und Sonnenschirm in ca. 2 bis 3 km per Auto zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und einige nette Lokale.”
